It was the end of the world as he knew it, but he did not feel fine.

There were no earthquakes, or birds or snakes or airplanes, but he was still afraid.

One day, everything just stopped working. Lights. Power. Water.

And all that was left was the struggle to survive.

Everybody expected normal to return, but when it didn't, every day was a fight.

Food. Water. Shelter.

Safety.

Every word we took for granted, until Doomsday made them real.
