An attempt has been made by the author in this volume to put Gandhi's writings and speeches at on place for proper understanding of his life thoughts and actions. To make the book reader friendly it has been divided into two parts. Part one comprises two Historical writings-(a) The green pamphlit in which Gandhi described in detail the condition of Indian people in South Africa and (b) Hind Swaraj or Indian Home Rule in which Gandhi set goal for himself and for India. Second part comprises of different times. These speeches depict almost all aspects and are of contemporary relevance. Well researched book provides a new insight for understanding Gandhi. The volume is addressed to a wide range of readers in the field of social science, humanities and Gandhian Studies. It is a must book for the students of Gandhian Thought and those who are interested on Gandhi.
