This policy analysis report will help educators learn how to tackle the disproportionate diversity in their PSEIs by reviewing an Eightfold Path. The problem is that there are underrepresented minority students, and these students face a disproportionate challenge in their diverse environments. The theory guiding this study is to drop out of school theory. The evidence from some related literature, such as the evidence of preexisting policies, higher education as a marketplace, addressing social inequality issues, disproportionate learning in a diverse society, and advocating for minority students in their schools. The alternative for policy options that educational administrators would consider implementing in their policy analysis report. The criteria are to maximize enrollment rates for minority students, minimize disproportionate diversity in the school, and maximize the academic performance of minority students to entice other prospective students. The tradeoffs and the decision suggestions that school administrators can apply in their policy analysis are implementing multicultural education to promote diversity.
