Disinformation in Open Online Media

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 6th Multidisciplinary International Symposium on Disinformation in Open Online Media, MISDOOM 2024, held in Münster, Germany, during September 2-4, 2024.

The 8 full papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 15 submissions. The symposium tries to integrate the scientific process of multiple communities and offers a proceeding publication track as well as the submission of presentation proposals (as extended abstracts).
