This book gives an insight to the preferences of Doctors to work in rural areas in Pakistan. It is a Discrete Choice Experiment and is the first of its kind to be conducted in Pakistan. Pakistan is a country that faces various challenges regarding retention of human resource for health especially in hard or distant areas.
