Inspired by the story of John Martin Scripps, a British serial killer eventually hanged in Singapore. This previously untold, 'truth is stranger than fiction' story came to light when two inmates met on a prison landing and shared tales of past cellmates. A combination of confidence, charm and butchery skills taught within the prison system, enabled one man to emerge from petty criminal to a truly chilling murderer. Emotional, horrifying and sometimes funny; Dirty Luggage will take you on a journey through the killers life as well as the unsuspecting victims, relatives and friends who cross devastating paths with him.
