The Enforcement of German Labor Courts' Writs of Execution: The author examines the characteristics of compulsory enforcement from such writs of execution pronounced by the German Labor Courts. He shows the deviations from the Code of Civil Procedure, to which the Labor Court Act essentially refers for enforcement, and examines for some of the most relevant labor law claims how they are to be enforced. Often, they are aimed at an action, so that enforcement depends on whether the action can be performed by third parties.
