»Minority Government on Federal Level in Germany«: A minority government would be a novelty for the federal stage in Germany. However, the Basic Law does know this form of government. This monograph does not only work out how a minority government is formed and how it remains in office. It also elaborates how far its powers reach concerning all aspects of public power. On the other hand, it is shown how much influence the parliament can take on the government and in which cases the state powers ought to cooperate.
