»The Binding Effect of International Treaties in the Light of the German Constitution. An Examination of the Significance of International Treaties for the State Constituted by the German Constitution Using the Example of the Treaty Override Problem«: The constitutional permissibility of a treaty override has often been the subject of academic work.
