This book aims to understand the development of institutional coexistence from the practice of dialogue within a harmonious and balanced organizational climate that ensures a quality educational process. For the development of the same one a detailed bibliographical revision was made that allowed to define the theoretical components that serve as sustenance of the investigation. It was framed under a methodology of qualitative type being the suitable method the ethnographic one since the present one was directed to the study of the particularities given in a specific group The selection of the sample was of intentional type answering to significant criteria such as: to be active or retired directors belonging to the institution in question and teachers with different years of service. The instruments and techniques applied were the description from the participant observation and the application of in-depth interviews.
