VANESSA anxiously waits for her birthday, a boyfriend and some much needed excitement in her dull and boring life. She soon finds herself torn between two guys, one dead and one alive. MAX happens to be a dead alien King who is trapped in limbo between two worlds and longs for Vanessa, his destiny. He offers her his world, his heart and his future. TOBY is the guy Vanessa believes to be the one she has been waiting for. He confesses he has a destiny with another but one he doesn't want. He will stop at nothing to protect Vanessa and find a way to make her his. The connection that Vanessa has with Max is strong but the desire she has for Toby may be even stronger.
