Department 49 - Time Again

'There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in your philosophy.' Hamlet. And it's Department 49's job to protect the public from those things. Be it ghost, aliens or sea monsters the Department will be there. It was just a normal night when the train crash happened. It was a horrible accident. But there was more two it. There was something strange about one of the trains, it was Victorian and shouldn't have been there.
