LTCOL Mike Roth, on loan to the OSS from ONI, parachutes into Italy in an effort to facilitate Italy dropping out of its' WW II Axis alliance. This mission is followed by daring attempts to thwart the efforts of the 3rd Reich to exploit its' super weapons in order to defeat the Allies.
