Decorative Arts of Oceania; Works from Private Collections in Hawaii

Decorative Arts of Oceania and exhibition of tribal arts from private collections on the Big Island of Hawaii. This all color catalog present objects that have never been shown to the public. Examples of textiles, sculpture, painting, personal adornments, ritual and ceremonial objects are presented with notes and an introduction by noted hawaiian research historian, author and lecturer, Lucia Tarallo. This exhibition was presented at the Hawaii Museum of Contemporary Art, Hilo, HI.
