A mysterious deadly illness traps a girl as her whole town is put under quarantine.
While rifling through some old files she stumbles on a mystery, which she brings to the attention of her friend, a curmudgeonly doctor.
Meanwhile she rehearses old italian pop songs with her friends, who are a lot more interested in Linkin Park than plagues or mysteries.
