Mr Hussain, resturant owner and gangster has been killed in cold blood by an assasin. The under pressure local politition passes an ultimatum to the police constable, catch the killer or loose your job. Worried sick the police constable acts by draging Bradley Petters, her top detective, back from compasionate leave and orders him to get a quick conviction. Within a short time he identifies a prime suspect, who confesses to the murder. Everyone involved is relieved and pleased their jobs are safe. Everyone that is except Kaya, a junior policewoman on her first murder case, who has other ideas.
