You will find a 26-week self-help guide that will help you navigate throughout your journey of grief, loss
or trauma while providing the transition from being hurt and broken to wounded and healed. You will be
able to chart your emotions while expressing your feelings through journaling as you adjust to the twists
and turns that you will experience on your very own emotional rollercoaster. By the end of Week 26,
hopefully you will be in a better place as a stronger, happier and healthier person. Take a deep breath, turn
the page and let's get started.
This is my story in the following pages. It includes my personal journal entries from my time of
dealing with grief, loss and trauma. I can personally say that this was one of the hardest times in
my life but it also was one of the most character shaping times in my life. I am who I am today
largely because of the character I developed during this difficult season in my life. Trust me, the
grief, loss and trauma that you have experienced can also be life shaping for you too. Trust the
process. Trust the promise. Trust the purpose.
