It is 2021. Australia is now a republic. The Serious Crimes Unit, SCU, is an organised crime and anti-terrorism task force. Detective Ethan Cooper is put in charge of an investigation to stop a terrorist conspiracy. When a catastrophic terrorist attack takes place in the heart of Sydney, Detective Cooper must race against the clock in order to save lives and to stop the terrorists before they strike again.
