Dawn Blossoms Plucked at Dusk is Lu Xun's only retrospective collection of essays, originally named Life Is a Moment, covering ten essays created by Lu Xun in 1926. The book records many events of Lu Xun during his youth, vividly reflecting his growth process and the formation of his thoughts and interests from multiple aspects. Each essay showcases the social and folk culture of the time, revealing his sincere feelings towards his family, teachers, and friends, and his profound observation of society. Dawn Blossoms Plucked at Dusk within 'Recommended Reading Series for Chinese Language Courses' has an excellent version and is carefully edited. The 'Introduction' is written by specially invited experts to introduce the author, version, background, main content, ideological connotation, artistic style, etc. Based on middle school students' reading needs and abilities, difficult words and phrases in the original work are annotated to clear reading barriers.
