»The Gäubahn Report. The Individual Case as Catalyst and Correctiv in Rudolf von Jhering's Legal Thought«: On the basis of Jhering's claimant party report on the Gäubahn-Comité, this thesis examines how the relationship between his theory and practice was structured in his legal thought.
