Dark Days; Long Nights is the 3rd poetry collection by Black Country Poet & Author, Leanne Cooper. This collection delves into the mind of someone living with mental illness, and documents Leanne's own real life experiences with Borderline Personality Disorder, Clinical Depression, Anxiety, and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Released during Borderline Personality Disorder Awareness Month, and with proceeds going to the mental health charity Mind, this collection aims to be informative, as well as insightful, in order to help dispel the prejudice attached to BPD, and stigma surrounding mental illness in general.

The content of this book tackles some dark subjects, including self harm, and suicide, so comes with a trigger warning.
