This is by no means a tale of woe. It is the story of a young photographer who follows her brother to Australia to start life anew. Like Lillie, Australia is also transforming as the old Colonial, gold-rush days slowly make way to a modern multicultural surge. As Melbourne's borders are beginning to burst with a sprawling suburbia the rural towns must embrace change to survive or become ghost towns. Lillie's journey is a pivotal part of this rebirth and together an entwined journey takes place as her stubborn aspirations are challenged and transposed.
