Beskrivelse
The processes of trade liberalization, free trade, regionalization and globalization of the economy, among others, constitute new scenarios in which and in the face of which productive capacity, transformation, value-added, marketing and negotiation skills in international markets -in a word, competitiveness- will define the present and future quality of life of countries and their citizens. The challenge is, then, to design the strategic course for international business based on international law and the formulation of foreign trade and investment policies that will allow States, their productive sectors and their citizens to focus on favorable results in international markets. With this background, it is a pleasure to share this book, which deepens the fundamentals of law and various aspects related to customs and foreign trade management, becoming an important reference for the reflection and management of international business and possible guidelines for the improvement of the customs policy of the countries.
