Cuddle Rub Pat Sit

Cuddle Rub Pat Sit!" was born out of my firstborn's bedtime routine. He would read books with Mommy, and then he would demand that I come in for our special routine: a quick cuddle together, rub and pat his back, and sit with him for a few minutes. Thus, "cuddle rub pat sit" was born. Sometimes, I had to travel and my wife would tell me he was missing his "cuddle rub pat sit". Here, more than a decade later, our children wanted us to share the story with the world.
