Cry of My Heart

Parenting is a full-time job that requires stamina, attention and prayer. Parenting an adopted child comes with its own unique layers of challenge. This is a book documenting an adoptive mom's journey after welcoming three distressed children into her own home. These fifty-two short meditations narrate cries from the author's heart and provide hope and inspiration for other adoptive parents. Some of the issues addressed are: Grief, separation and loss, emotional outbreaks, learning challenges, isolation and loneliness, and one's sense of belonging and identity.
