CRIMINALIZATION OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IN RELATION TO VENEZUELA

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal and supra-legal norms that typify crimes against humanity, for which it is proposed to provide a series of data that will be useful for a better understanding and comprehension of the foundations and implications of this concept; indicating which are the means conferred by the Venezuelan and international legal system that guarantee them. Special reference will be made to the Caracazo.
