Creativity Building Exercises for Screenwriters: (You have the ability)

If I have to hear one more pitch or idea from a writer that goes "a retired hitman must return to the game because of a family member," I'm gonna go crazy. And... the whole "A man must darkly return to his mysterious hometown and darkly face mysterious secrets." That whole idea of 'returning to one's hometown to face an evil" is just as cliche as the hitman idea.

Use your creativity. You have it, and it can be built on. It can grow and increase. If you think you don't have much creativity, then I am here to help you out with that.
