This book is volume II in a trilogy that describes the exercises, step by step, and philosophy of the system of 'The Harmonics of Vibrational Sound & Color. The Creative Meditations are meant for alignment and corporation between the chakras and their connected auric bodies. It describes 3 elemental 'shools of experience' and where these schools have been synthesized in history. It presents a frame of reference that humans at more experienced stages of consciousness can use to identify their experiences. The book presents many detailed examples of how resistances show up in the various human aspects of our physical-sensory level, our emotional-feeling level and our mental level.
