When contemplating a career, students who do not plan on attending college generally look toward fields with which they have some familiarity. This guidebook describes fourteen careers that focus on food but that do not require a college degree. For example, the featured jobs of restaurant worker, food stylist, and greengrocer can all be pursued with a few classes or apprenticeships, enthusiasm, and plenty of hard work.
