Now, has there been a conversation, whether unconscious, implied or inferred between writers of scriptures?.

If there's no conversation at all then men who had never met and who lived in different times and climes, sometimes, almost a thousand or two thousand years apart, could not be bound together in the same book, to represent the same God.

Therefore, those who bound the scriptures together, who canonized it, either the Old Testament texts or the New Testament as we now refer to both, must have intended that we should view a conversation between such writers.
