This book on the control of pirate attack in Sub-Sahara Africa (A solution to Sudan coastal region) is written by Engr. AKWARA UCHENNA. A book that emphasized on causes, problem and control theories adopted as a solution to mitigate the mayhem of pirate attacks on-going in Sudan coastal seas and oceans both offshore and onshore movement across sub-Saharan Africa. This book is written to address and stop the pirate attacks on-going in Sudan coastal region and beyond, the illegal non licenced sailing problems and illegal operations of pirate on both offshore and onshore coastal Areas of Sudan, Kidnapping of sailors and oil workers, stealing of goods worth millions across the sea etc. The experimental research analysis were performed and validated from the interrogation between the Sudanese government, the vibrant NGO's among the Ecowas region, the Ecowas security watch dog, the Cries of innocent victims that have being victimized by the pirate attacks and other Sub-Sahara Africa region between the year 2008 to 2011
