This book addresses the people who are busy living very active lives at work and at home and don't normally find time to read. A large segment of the popular culture may not be aware of the current findings in quantum physics, studies in consciousness, ancient wisdom literature and how the integration of these elements may positively affect their lives in a simple, practical way. This book consolidates these findings into one readable source. The material is taken from original thinkers, scientists, researchers, and those of intellectual sophistication. My purpose here is to introduce what are fairly common ideas buried in uncommon books so that an ordinary person can at least know these ideas - ideas that can change lives-and decide what, if anything, they want to do with this information. Once a person has had the opportunity to consider the significance of what they have read, that person may then go on their own journey of personal exploration. Many proposals to make changes in one's life in order to move forward are daunting. You may be admonished to change your lifestyle, change your diet, change your daily routines, and so on. These changes are often so daunting that we just don't take the challenge - the risks of failure are too great. In consequence, few of us are willing to do that.
