Concentrated Blackness

"Black lives matter," "Hands up, don't shoot," and Black-on-Black crime are issues that continue to dominate the news. More than 150 years since the abolition of slavery in the United States of America, and over 50 years since the signing of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1966, America is still at odds with its Black citizens. Within these pages lie a multi-stage plan that looks at what Black Americans can do for themselves to liberate themselves, realize self-determinism, and finally solve America's race problem.
