Computational methods, optimization and synthesis in electron optics

The book is devoted to the methods of computer-aided design for the devices of physical electronics, including electron optics, accelerator physics, micro-channel amplifiers and other instruments. The description of mathematical models and numerical algorithms for electron optic problems of high-current relativistic beams of charged particles and precision instruments of image optics was done. New original approaches and algorithms for analysis, optimization and synthesis problems are considered. All numerical results at this book were performed using the original computer codes developed by the author. This is the book for professionals in computational physics, applied mathematics, for CAD designers, engineers, post-graduates and for students.
