This book is aimed at giving you the tips one usually does not find in straight forward 'how to' articles on the internet. It is also aimed at the many people out there who have a dream, but could do with the insider information that will smooth the way to accomplishing the reality. I've been building houses for 36 years, first for myself with the purpose of putting the house up for sale, and later for clients.Living in a house that you built while waiting for a sale, gives you an insight into the design and building mistakes you made with that house. Even though each plot you build on dictates its own house design, when you do so over and over again, you discover what you can do with the money you have, what makes a house comfortable, as well as what attracts buyers.
