Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business

The 1999 volume of the Comparative Law Yearbook of lnternational Business contains sections on Company Law, Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Insolvency Law, Intellectual Property Law, Taxation and Finance and other general commercial issues.
