The Commando90 programme is inspired by the fitness routines used by elite military regiments such as the Royal Marines Commandos. It is structured in a way that participants fitness levels are tested against recognised fitness baselines.
The programme is designed not only for Individuals looking to join the Royal Marines or other elite military regiments, but also trainees who wish to get fitter and more athletic will be able to take themselves to the next level.
