Coloring is a way to relax, to meditate, to clear your mind. It can also be very calming when your emotions are high. When you are feeling the heavy and painful emotions of grief it can become hard to just stop and take a breath, and sometimes a relatively mindless activity like coloring can be just what you need to slow yourself down and focus on your own pain management. The short paragraphs before every few coloring pages are there to comfort you, to remind you that you will heal as you will on your own time, to support you, and to let you know that no matter how you feel ... you are not alone.
