Color sticky trap for monitoring of sucking pests of Cotton

In organic farming yellow colour sticky traps can used effectively for monitoring and management of sucking pest of Bt cotton. Colour sticky traps can form an important component of integrated pest management of sucking pest on Bt cotton. It can be used to detect the population built-up at as an early stage, thus, avoiding irrational pesticide usage, residual toxicity and environmental pollution. Potential of sticky traps can also be exploited under green house, polyhouse and in high-tech agriculture.
