College 101

People have been telling you to go to college for as long as you can remember; that you need the degree to get a good job and be successful in life. Parents, teachers, and society harp on going to college, but no one tells you what it's actually like. How often do you have class? What should you do to get ready for your first semester? How do you keep up with your classes? Many freshmen have issues transitioning to their first year in college. This book covers the basics that almost all colleges and universities have in common and what you can expect. Included are also possible problems you may encounter as well as advice on how to fit in, survive in your new environment, and a checklist of what to pack. And let me be the first to say congrats!
