Wendy received a warning that the country was in grave danger from a terrorist attack by an unknown enemy. What she did not know was the threat was factual and the terrorist group intended to use a biological agent to destroy the United States of America.Only when the two young Marines she had assigned to track down this group began uncovering facts did the magnitude of the threat began to materialize and she knew the U.S. was totally unprepared for a crisis of this nature. When briefed on the situation, the President of the United States wanted no responsibility or repercussions so he passed the responsibility to Lieutenant General Wendy Darwin his liaison to the Department of Defense. Her orders to the two men were clear; find out who these people are, where they are located and then destroy them before they can act.
