"Code of Federal Regulations Title 2 Grants and Agreements" covers the responsibilities of the United States (US) Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to US Federal agencies on government-wide policies and procedures for award and administration of grants and agreements. This title also explains the definitions of the types of awards, grants, and cooperative agreements and the process for obtaining them. Subsequent chapters are devoted to the individual US Federal agency requirements including the following: Responsibilities of participants and awarding officials regarding transactions; Requirements for Drug-Free Workplace; Policies, procedures, exclusions, exceptions, and types of participants that can receive these awards, grants, and cooperative agreements from US Federal agencies; and Violations and consequences including debarring Agency Officials are also covered.
