Get help navigating college and securing a Job For this new generation of students, now more than ever, higher education is the ticket to upward mobility. In working with talented students at universities and colleges across the nation, we discovered there is a tremendous void- regardless of racial, ethnic, and/or socio-economic differences in the level of preparedness of students upon entering college and their ability to finish in the prescribed four years. This book was written to address that void and save years of frustration and tens of thousands of dollars in tuition. We have found our passion working with "Millennials" (also referred to as Generation Y). We define them as a generational cohort of individuals born in the 1980's and 1990's. We have worked with hundreds of high achieving college students from universities across the country and are sharing the lessons, experiences, wisdom and success strategies that elude so many.
