“Cloud Girl and the Wizard With a Wicked Eye” is a fairy tale about a mother and her daughter who live inside The Cloud. The mother controls the weather. Her daughter, Cloud Girl, shapes the clouds.

Life was good for everyone inside and underneath that cloud until the day when an evil wizard came and took Cloud Girl away. The weather changed for people underneath the cloud. Rain has been falling all the time.

To stop the flood, a boy named Kay sets out on a dangerous journey into the sky to rescue Cloud Girl from The Wizard With a Wicked Eye.
