When I first started to experiment with different flavors of chicken stir-fry, I was really just trying to find something new and tasty that was also healthy. I had always cooked my chicken with steamed vegetables, but it was starting to get boring. I bought an inexpensive wok and started cooking all of my ingredients in it.
