Carol Janet (CJ) Lincoln is leading the idyllic American life. Well into a successful and rewarding career at the Federal Bureau of Investigations, married to a highly respected County Sheriff, she is just beginning to seriously and privately entertain thoughts of starting a family. The beautiful CJ and husband Broderick have been so immersed in their careers that having children seemed to be far into the future, if at all. The two professional law enforcers balance an unshakeable love for one another and an unbreakable dedication to their professions.
