The General Aptitude and Abilities Series provides functional, intensive test practice and drill in the basic skills and areas common to many civil service, general aptitude or achievement examinations necessary for entrance into schools or occupations. The Civil Service Secretary Passbook(R) prepares you by sharpening the skills and abilities necessary to carry out the basic duties of the position. It provides hundreds of multiple-choice questions and answers that include but are not limited to: spelling; vocabulary; grammar, usage and punctuation; office record keeping; office practices; and more.
