City Business of Seaside

In the Portland Region of the Kingdom of Valtoria, lies the city of Seaside. It is a vast city walled in by towers and built one level on top of the other. Alleys are winding and confusing, even if you were born here. 'Deadeye Joff of the Dart' was born here and is a member of the guide guild Step This Way. He is also the Royal Judicial Magistrate and just turned twelve-years-old. Some say going on thirty. He would say he wishes he was still just a messenger with a simpler life. Being touched by the gods is a blessing and a curse.
