This book provides you Mandarin Chinese learning course study materials designed for the lower-intermediate level (HSK Level 4) students of Mandarin Chinese. The book includes numerous lessons for learning about the Yellow River Civilization (黄河文明简介, between 4000 BC and 2000 BC), along with Chinese characters, words, sentences, etc. The book is suitable for self-learning Mandarin Chinese. Plenty of vocabulary with English and Pinyin has been provided throughout the book. Some chapters are purposely too simple, some a bit difficult. However, all chapters are suitable for the Level 4 students. Even if you are an advanced level student of Mandarin Chinese, you should give a try to this book and test your Mandarin abilities.
