China's Industrial Development

This research studies the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Glob¿liz¿tion, ¿nd Competitiveness on China's economic growth for the period from 1984 to 2015 on yearly basis using multiple regression ¿n¿lysis. Accordingly, the focus will be m¿inly on the three re¿sons th¿t le¿d to the economic growth: (1) Glob¿liz¿tion, (2) FDI , ¿nd (3) Competitiveness th¿t will be represented by the IT competitiveness index. The di¿gnostic tests indic¿te th¿t the independent v¿ri¿bles h¿ve positive ¿nd signific¿nt effects on GDP. Me¿ning th¿t, Foreign Direct Investment, Globalization, ¿nd Competitivness ¿re the b¿sic elements behind the economic growth and the m¿nuf¿cturing development in China.
